Do The Bills Mafia Need A Passport?

+ Chaos In College Football

We’ve got a busy morning so let’s get through the formalities.

✔️ Good morning

✔️ Happy Sunday

✔️It’s a great day for 14 hour straight hours of football

Let’s start and end with the NFL, and throw college in the middle

Bills and Jags In London

Turn off the cartoons this morning and turn on the Bills vs Jags live from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The game is at 9:30 a.m. ET and will be broadcast on NFL Network.

The Jags are coming off a 23-7 win against the Falcons and the Bills dominated the Dolphins.

The Bills are 4.5 points favorite and O/U is 48.5. Von Miller will likely play for the Bills, so the pressure will be on Jacksonville’s QB Trevor Lawrence. I think the Bills will cover the spread today.

Chaos In College

Here’s a full scoreboard for Saturday, we’re just going to dig into some of the wild endings.

Oklahoma vs Texas

The Red River Rivalry did not disappoint. While Quinn Ewers played okay for the Longhorns, he did throw 2 INTs. The slack was picked up by Jonathon Brooks who had a great day on the ground and evaded so many of Oklahoma’s tacklers. It just wasn’t enough and the Longhorn defense couldn’t stop Dillon Gabriel, the Oklahoma QB. Gabriel was a decent passing threat, but it was enough that it took some pressure off of him and he could scramble for yards when needed. Gabriel threw for 285 and 1 TD but ran for 113 yards and a TD in a 34-30 win over the Longhorns. It all came down to the Sooners’ final drive where they scored on a 5-play, 75-yard drive that only took a minute.

Arizona @ USC

USC won 43-41 in a 3 overtime thriller against Arizona. Caleb Williams completed almost 60% of his passes but only attempted 25 throws. The USC defense couldn’t hold off the Arizona offense and it makes you wonder if USC’s playoff hopes will be stranded once again because of poor defensive play.

Georgia Tech @ Miami

Miami was up 20-17 with 40 seconds left in the game. Georgia Tech did not have any timeouts. Miami called a run play on 3rd and 10 and they fumbled. Georgia Tech would get the ball back and throw a touchdown to win the game 24-20. This game could’ve been over with a knee from Miami.

Watch both plays here.

The Rest of NFL Sunday

There are a few games we’re interested in and you can find the rest of the schedule here.

New Orleans @ New England, 1 pm ET on CBS

  • Both teams are coming off of tough losses last weekend. Mac Jones is still the starter for the Pats and Jameis Winston will be starting behind center for the Saints. Will the Saints be able to get a win with a good defense and shut Mac Jones down? If the Pats can’t win, they’ll start off the season 1-4 and that hasn’t happened in a very long time. New England is a 1.5-point favorite and the O/U is 39.5 I’m taking the Saints.

Philadelphia @ LA Rams, 4:05 pm ET on FOX

  • Philly has just been scraping by with wins and they remain undefeated. Can the Rams stop the Philly offense and get to 3-2 on the year? We’ll see. Philly is giving 4 points to the home team in this matchup. The O/U is 50.5. I think I’m taking the Rams and the over.

Dallas @ San Francisco, 8:20 pm ET on NBC

  • Our primetime SNF matchup is between two NFC juggernauts. The 49ers have a playmaker-filled offense and the Dallas defense is one of the most formidable squads in the league. The 49ers D ain’t too shabby either. This matchup will come down to big plays on both sides of the ball and turnovers. Dallas is 3.5 point underdogs on the road and the O/U is 45. I’m a Dallas fan, but I might have to go with the 49ers in this one.

Enjoy the games today and remember…
