Headlines
☠️ Orenthal James Simpson died at the age of 76. He's known as one of the most talented running backs of all time, along with other things… but we ain’t touching that. O.J. was the first RB to break the 2000-yard mark in a season and he did it in just 14 games. His talent was undeniable, but he also made the Kardashians famous, which is annoying.
💸Shohei Ohtani’s translator was apparently a little more scandalous than we originally thought. It’s reported that Ippei Mizuhara may have stolen more than $16 million from Ohtani. Either this sh*t is true, or Ohtani is running the wildest cover-up story of all time.
⛳️Bryson DeChambeau finally broke his “par” for Augusta mark yesterday as he shot a 7-under 65. A few years ago, he claimed Augusta was maybe a “par 67” for him, but he’s averaging rounds in the mid-70s throughout his Master’s career. He’s got the lead after day one after posting a low score on the soft conditions. Things are going to heat up the next few days!
🏀 Kentucky has found their new coach to replace John Calipari. They are bringing in Mark Pope, who played for the Wildcats and was a member of their 1996 championship team. He most recently coached at BYU.
🏈Tom Brady was on an episode of deep cuts and was getting a fresh trim when he mentioned that he wouldn’t throw out the idea of making a possible late season return to the NFL. He said he’ll always be in shape and ready to throw a ball. ONE PROBLEM FOR TOMMY THOUGH! He’s trying to become a part owner in the Las Vegas Raiders and owners can’t play in the league!
⚽️ NYCFC has new stadium approval from NYC! The team will have their own stadium that will be next to Citi Field in Flushing Meadows!
Highlights
🏒 Sidney Crosby became the 14th player in NHL history to record 1,000 assists. He did it while the Penguins beat the Red Wings last night 6-5 in OT and is keeping their postseason hopes alive
🏒 Auston Matthews continues to put pucks in the net. Mattehws recorded his 68th goal of the season last night and is two shy from a 70-goal season, but of course, you can count.
🏀 The Milwaukee Bucks look like they are almost trying to get out of the 2 seed in the East. They were on a five game slide and finally got a win against the Magic on Wednesday night. If they lose the next two and the Knicks win the next 2, New York will overtake them in the 2 spot. Why would they want to do that? It seems like the Bucks are nervous that they’ll get matched up against the 76ers, who are likely to be the 7 seed in the postseason.
🏀 We’ve got wild clinching scenarios for playoffs tonight in the NBA. Check this out.

🏒 The NHL situation is looking tight too. Especially in the East!

The Western Conference is practically settled. Vegas is sitting in the last Wild Card spot with 4 games left to play and St. Louis is 3 points behind them with 3 games to go. If Vegas win 2 more games they’ll clinch.
