NBA Scores and Schedule

Eastern Conference Finals

Miami Heat 111

Boston Celtics 105

The Miami Heat rolled through Boston in game 1 and game 2 of the ECF, stealing 2 road wins and heading back to Miami with a big lead.

The Heat took down the Celtics last night 111-105 in another game in which the Celts led by 12 at one point.

The Celtics were up most of the first but the Heat grabbed a lead heading into halftime with a 26-10 scoring run. Boston would grab a 12-point lead early in the 4th quarter but the Heat would respond and make a comeback around the 7-minute mark. Miami would grab a lead around 2:30 and Boston would turn the ball over a few times to help Miami would secure the win.

Jimmy Butler scored 27 and Bam Adebayo would have 22 for the Heat. Caleb Martin also scored 25 off the bench for Miami

Jayson Tatum was the main contributor for Boston, scoring 34.

Western Conference Finals

Stanley Cup Playoffs

Western Conference Finals

Dallas Stars 3

Vegas Golden Knights 4

William Karlsson, who was an essential part of Vegas’ early success as a franchise in the first two years hasn’t been as big of a contributor in recent times. Well, that changed last night when he drove two important goals into the back of the net in a WCF game 1 in Vegas.

Dallas had a 1-0 lead after the 1st period and Karlsson scored midway through the 2nd to tie it up for the Knights. He would then score 1 minute into the 3rd to give Vegas the lead. Roope Hintz would score for Dallas to tie it up and that’s his 10th goal of the playoffs. We’d get another goal from each team and this game was heading to overtime.

It didn’t take 4 OTs like Thursday’s ECF matchup, nope, it only took 1 minute and 35 seconds for Brett Howden to score the OT winner for the Golden Knights.

Eastern Conference Finals, Game 2

Florida Panthers at Carolina Hurricanes, 8:00 pm ET on TNT

  • Florida is up 1-0 in series

⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️

The conditions haven’t been spectacular for the first two days of the PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club. Ask anyone who lives in the Northeast and they’d be happy to tell you that you never know what you’ll get in May. We could have 80o and sunshine and we could have 40o degrees and rain. It seems like they'll get a mix of everything in Rochester. Thursday had a frost delay, Friday brought some bouts of rain, and today’s forecast calls for more rain. The golfers just need to get through today and Sunday calls for sunshine and warm weather.

So what’s going on with the leaderboard?

Let’s start with the cutline first. This course has been so challenging that the cut line was set at +5. Golfers like Tony Finau, Jordan Spieth, and Justin Thomas just squeaked by.

Others like Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, and Collin Morikawa are finding themselves in the mix sitting at par or 1 stroke on either side.

We have a few other golfers at the top of the leaderboard who know that anything can happen over the next two days with such a grueling setup. Here’s who sits on top and will be in the final pairings today.

T1 Scottie Scheffler -5

T1 Corey Connors -5

T1 Viktor Hovland -5

T4 Justin Suh -3

T4 Bryson DeChambeau -3

T6 Brooks Koepka -2

T6 Callum Tarren -2
