Are The Jets Really This Bad?
Today's Estimated Reading Time: 3 Minutes and 30 Seconds
Good Morning! It was an action-packed Monday full of debuts and it looked like Zach Wilson's debut as a starter again 🤣
Let’s take a closer look at all the stories in all the leagues.
Monday Night Football
LA Chargers (4-4) 27 | New York Jets (4-4) 6
🏈The Jets’ passing offense is apparently worse than the worst passing defense in the NFL. Zach Wilson took 8 sacks for 57 yards yesterday and he lost the ball to fumbles twice. Wilson isn’t playing great but his receivers are hardly getting any separation, even against the worst passing defense in the NFL.
🤯 Here’s a crazy stat. The Jets only have 8 offensive touchdowns through 8 games. It’s the 3rd fewest touchdowns through 8 games in NFL history.
🎠 QB Carousel 🎠
❤️🩹 NYG QB Daniel Jones is out for the rest of the season with an ACL tear. Jones signed a 4-year contract over the offseason worth 160,000,000 over 4 years. Jones has played in only 6 of the Giants’ 9 games this year.
🏃 Arizona Cardinals’ QB Kyler Murray is likely to return to the field on Sunday vs the Atlanta Falcons. Murray tore his ACL in week 14 of last season.
Big 10 Commish Could Lay Down The Law
🧑⚖️ The Big 10 has notified Michigan that there is the possibility of discipline amid the sign-stealing probe even before the NCAA concludes its investigation. The Big 10 could suspend HC Jim Harbaugh for a maximum of two games without special approval.
